She has created her own plan for all three events, the rehearsal, the ceremony and the reception but needs someone to pull all the logistics together to ensure perfect execution of the bride’s plan. This package allows Jan to personally take the bride’s plans and details to organize them into a wedding week and wedding day agenda for the professional service vendors. From the initial consultation, Jan will be able to complete the details for the bride and ensure all her wedding plans are in control and followed through for her wonderful day. This selection is perfect for the busy bride who is a full-time student, professional, or out of town bride who chooses to have complete wedding coordination service and attention. The bride is guided by Jan throughout the entire process – from budget planning, personal timeline, vendor selections, and direction in making all her decisions in a timely manner. Full planning includes day of coordination and full project management of time (schedule), cost and scope of the wedding including the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. Jan provides the knowledge and experience from her 20+ years of business leadership to assist the bride in making all her decisions to ensure the success of a memorable day.
